Description

Staff Management:

  • Creating work schedules and assigning shifts to ensure everyone knows when they're working.
  • Focus on motivating and coaching employees to hit those sales targets.
  • Performance Evaluation is also part of your responsibilities, along with addressing any issues that come up.
  • Making sure staff follow company policies and procedures to keep everything running smoothly.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor stock levels and order new products whenever necessary.
  • Implementing merchandising strategies is necessary to make our products stand out.
  • Regular inventory counts and investigate any discrepancies in the stocks

Sales and Financial Management:

  • Analyze sales data to spot trends that can help us improve performance
  • Setting quotas and developing strategies to meet target sales
  • Prepare financial reports and share the results with management to keep everyone in the loop.

Customer Service:

  • Delivering top-notch customer service and resolving any complaints that may arise.
  • Create a positive and friendly shopping experience for all our customers.

Store Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs well and smoothly

Marketing and Promotions:

  • Coordinate marketing officers in implementing marketing campaigns and promotions to boost sales.
  • Creating and managing in-store displays and promotional materials is part of your job
  • Analyze the effectiveness of the marketing strategies and make adjustments as needed.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Keep accurate records of sales
  • Ordering Supplies and building strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Stay updated on market trends and what our competitors are up to.


Requirements

  • Job Title: Store Manager
  • Educational Qualifications: Education not required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proven staff management, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee store operations, manage inventory, and drive promotions.
