Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Identify, approach, and close new client accounts, focusing on high-end cafés, restaurants, hotels, and specialty stores.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to build long-term partnerships.

Ensure proper merchandising, inventory control, and stock rotation of all coffee and milk tea ingredients.
