- Oversee daily operations and ensure team productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Implement policies and procedures for efficiency.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.
- Report on team progress to upper management.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4 years course
- With work experience in retail store at least two years is required.
- With strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Premium Choice Meatshop-Mayon Branch.
- Must be Honest, Responsible and Trustworthy.
