Requirements

  • Experience Level: 6 mos international bpo experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain records of interactions.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve long hours at a computer.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, strong multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude.
