• We are looking for an MIS (Management Information Systems) Staff to support the company’s IT and office systems. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware/software, managing internet and network systems, and assisting with data management to ensure smooth business operations.

• Provide first-level technical support for both office and store IT systems.
• Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, POS, and internet/network connectivity issues.
• Assist store staff with system-related concerns through remote or on-site support.
• Maintain and update inventory of company IT equipment, ensuring all items are properly documented with serial numbers and series.
• Ensure data backups and basic IT security protocols are implemented.
• Install, configure, and update software and devices as needed.
• Generate simple IT-related reports and submit updates to the upper management.
• Perform other IT-related tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course.
• Knowledge in computer troubleshooting (hardware/software), networking, and internet systems.
• Proficient in MS Office and database management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• With experience in IT support, MIS, or related role is an advantage.
• Can work independently and with a team.
