Requirements

- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, employee relations, talent management, retention, and process management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with collaborative team dynamics.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
