- Develop recruitment strategies, hiring plans, and timelines aligned with manpower requirements.
- Supervise recruiters and HR staff, providing coaching and monitoring key hiring metrics and performance.
- Oversee sourcing, screening, and final interviews, ensuring proper assessments and compliance with hiring procedures.
- Approve job offers and contracts while coordinating smooth onboarding and deployment of new hires.
- Improve recruitment processes, job descriptions, workflows, and evaluation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain accurate manpower data, and prepare regular recruitment reports.
- Manage employer branding initiatives, job board presence, job fairs, and partnerships for talent acquisition.
- Support other HR functions including programs, policies, disciplinary actions, and manpower budgeting
