Job Description

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with audits
  • Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Assist in budget preparation and forecasting


  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain financial records, process invoices, and assist with monthly reporting.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment, 40 hours per week.
  • Qualities and Traits: Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
