We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth. 


Position Overview:

The Team leader will play a key role in maintaining the quality of data entry and team performance throughout the pilot program. This individual will be responsible for quality assurance (QA), coaching, upskilling, and training new team members. Additionally, this role may assist with data entry tasks during peak periods to ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.


  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that all data entry and registration tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to maintain high standards of performance and accuracy.
  • Lead training sessions for new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Upskill the existing team by identifying areas for improvement and providing training on best practices.
  • Assist the team with data entry tasks as needed, particularly during peak periods or when additional support is required.
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing guidance to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards.
  • Use tools such as Slack, Zendesk, GSuite, and Schoolmint to facilitate communication, training, and workflow management.
  • Ensure clear documentation of processes and training materials to support ongoing team development.
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality assurance (QA), coaching, or training, particularly in a data entry or administrative setting.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and upskill team members.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to assist with data entry tasks as needed, especially during high-volume periods.
  • Familiarity with tools like GSuite, Zendesk, Slack, and Schoolmint (or similar platforms).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coaching and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
  • Experience in educational settings or knowledge of student enrollment processes is a plus.
  • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.
  • Willing to work in a graveyard shift.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with remote team management or virtual coaching.
  • Familiarity with student management systems like SchoolMint or similar platforms.
  • Previous experience in training or onboarding new team members.


Schedule:

  • The working schedule will align with the team’s schedule and will be consistent throughout the pilot program.
