- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to meet client manpower requirements.
- Evaluate CV's skilled applicants, Develop and implement sourcing strategies, conduct applicant research, manage social media channels, and maintain customer relationships.
- Analyze strategic sourcing location.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Electrical/Mechanical Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in writing, email marketing, market research, and customer relationship management. Adept in social media strategies with strong written and verbal communication. MS Office experience
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with potential remote work options; may involve occasional local travel for events.
- Qualities and Traits: Attentive, detail-oriented, creative thinker, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
