Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies for IT and Cybersecurity positions.

  • Actively source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, forums, employee referrals, and niche tech communities.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for roles such as:

    • Software Engineers / Developers

    • IT Support & Infrastructure Specialists

    • Cloud Engineers (AWS, Azure, GCP)

    • DevOps Engineers

    • Network and Systems Administrators

    • Cybersecurity Analysts, SOC Analysts, SIEM/SOAR Specialists, Security Engineers, and other infosec profiles.

  • Screen and qualify technical candidates by assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Candidate and TA tracker.

  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and offer negotiations with candidates.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights, especially in the Cybersecurity domain.

  • Represent the company brand in a professional manner and ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Support recruitment events, career fairs, and sourcing campaigns as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, IT, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably with experience sourcing Cybersecurity and IT roles.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, Boolean logic, and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Monster, GitHub, etc.).

  • Familiarity with technical terminologies, software development lifecycles, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity concepts.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions with tight timelines.
