Technical Support Representative – UK Tech Account (Entry Level)

Location: Insular Building, Cebu City

Schedule: Shifting

Work Setup: Onsite

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate / ALS Passer
• Open to Freshers (0–6 months call center experience)
• Excellent English Communication Skills (B2 CEFR level)
• With or without technical background
• Preferably with IT-related course or technical work exposure
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and in an onsite setup

Key Responsibilities – Tech Support Associate (BPO)

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, or network via phone, chat, or email.
• Deliver excellent customer service by providing clear and effective solutions.
• Log and document all interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support when needed.
• Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Follow company policies on data security and customer privacy.
