- 製品のインストールや設定をサポートする。
- 問題解決のためのトラブルシューティングを行う。

Requirements
- 職種: テクニカルサポート担当者
- 学歴: 学歴不問
- 経験: ３年以上５年未満の経験
- スキル: ITテクニカルサポートの知識と経験
- 職務: 顧客への技術的なサポート提供、問題解決、ドキュメント作成
- 労働条件: フルタイム、シフト勤務の可能性あり
- 特性: 問題解決能力、コミュニケーション能力、忍耐力
- ビジネスレベルの英語力・日本語力
