Position: Portuguese Technical Support

Salary: Php 85,000 gross

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Open to Filipino candidates proficient in Portuguese and English
  • Open to foreign nationals holding a 13A, permanent, or temporary resident visa
  • With at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Willing to work onsite and on a rotational schedule


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Providing assistance to external users of the client's technical products or services with regards to their questions or concerns
  • Provide Basic Troubleshooting for customers issues in hardware, software, networking or other designated products
  • Follow appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed
  • Prepare a complete and accurate report on the issues received
  • Perform other related tasks needed
