Requirements:

  • Graduate of IT or any related cousre
  • Current resident of Metro Manila
  • Troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, OS issues)
  • Networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
  • Experience in system/admin tasks (installations, updates, backups, security)
  • Good communication and reliability with clear documentation habits
  • NO previous work abroad experience


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Maintain data backups and disaster recovery plans.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Document IT processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment and support.
