- Set up and operate SMT equipment for printed circuit board assembly.
- Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot issues in assembly processes.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly efficiency.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records of production activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- 1 year of relevant experience in SMT processes.
- Understanding of SMT equipment and PCB assembly techniques.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow established procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
