What You’ll Do:

• Follow up on warm leads and close sales using our proven system
• Maintain high follow-up rates and consistently hit sales targets
• Log your sales in our CRM and track progress
• Provide feedback to the team to help improve our sales processes

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $400/week
• Commission: $15 per sale
• Incentives: Top performers can earn $1,000+/week based on performance

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of sales experience (cold calling, telesales, customer-facing roles)
• Strong communication skills with a good voice tone
• Hunger and a desire to succeed in a performance-driven role
• Ability to handle objections and close sales
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
