We are seeking a Telesales Call Center Agent to support our USA customer base.

Candidates must have experience in call center operations and possess excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients - for Sales and customer Support
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Positive attitude and exceptional customer service
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and provide information to customers & leads
• Achieve Sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
• 10% cold calling

• Good command of the English language - Essential for the role
• Must have intermediate/A-levels certificate or bachelor’s degree
• Positive attitude and reliable
• Can travel to office in Lake City Lahore
• Available 8 pm to 5 am to cater to USA clients
