Job Description
- Conduct outbound B2B telesales calls to existing and potential attendees, promoting conferences, events, training programs, and other offerings.
- Research and qualify potential leads using various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, online research, and CRM tools.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs, requirements, and future plans.
- Effectively invite and encourage delegates to register for events via phone calls and follow-up emails.
- Respond to inquiries from leads and provide timely, accurate information about event details, registration, and benefits.
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into confirmed attendees and maximizing revenue from delegate sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Manage follow-up activities, including sending reminder emails and making confirmation calls to ensure delegate attendance.
