General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads to develop an opportunity and qualify them thoroughly before handing off to the sales team.
• Contacting potential customers by phone.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Accurately documenting customer and sale information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any business course.
• With 1+ years experience in handling telesales or similar role.
• With experience in health care industry.
• With driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and oral.
• Self motivated, has good moral character.
• Assertive and passionate.
• Willing to travel.
• Preferably a resident of Angeles City, Mabalacat City or nearby towns.
• Can start ASAP.
