Position: Telesales Representative

Motivated and results-oriented telesales with experience in sales, marketing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through telesales efforts.

Job Qualifications:

  • Cold calling and prospecting

  • Time management and organizational

  • Utilize effective sales techniques to build rapport, identify customer needs, and present solutions that align with their requirements.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company products/services, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers

  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for revenue growth and business expansion.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, including CEO, on telesales performance, key metrics, and sales pipeline status.

  • Continuously improve sales techniques, processes, and customer engagement strategies based on feedback, performance data, and industry best practices.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and objections professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in telesales, sales, marketing, or executive leadership roles.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong sales acumen and ability to drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts.

  • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
