We’re looking for detail-oriented and motivated Fares and Ticketing Agents (GDS) to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.



Responsibilities:


  • Issue and reissue tickets efficiently, ensuring completion before airline time limits and striving to exceed personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Accurately calculate fare quotes and present various options to travel agents
  • Maintain a focus on delivering excellent customer service in all interactions
  • Provide accurate and competitive fare quotes and explore suitable options for travel agents
  • Ensure the correct and timely issuance of all types of airline tickets and Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMDs)
  • Interpret Airline Fare Rules and effectively navigate related ticketing procedures
  • Answer and manage phone calls and emails from travel agent customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Liaise with airline representatives and internal account managers to address and resolve fare and ticketing issues collaboratively
  • Refer complex ticketing inquiries to Senior Fares and Ticketing Consultants, providing necessary details for effective resolution



Requirements:


  • Must be willing to work on site
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Airfare Ticketing is essential
  • Round World Fares' knowledge is desirable
  • Proven competency in fares and ticketing, with the ability to quickly and accurately decipher fare rules
  • Intermediary working knowledge of GDS systems, including Travelport, Sabre or Amadeus
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Possesses good problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills
  • Must ensure work is completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner by operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
