- Campaign and Event Management: Plan and execute online and offline events, promotions, and campaigns to boost viewership and streamer revenue.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to live streams, such as user engagement, content quality, and sales data. This often involves using Excel to create reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Creator and Agency Support: Assist in managing relationships with content creators and agencies, providing guidance, and ensuring they are onboarded and trained on the platform's operational requirements.
- Content Strategy: Research and analyze current trends to develop creative ideas for live content, and help produce content for official TikTok accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to implement strategies and resolve issues.
- Live Selling: Host at least an hour session per day to gain practical knowledge and enhance skills in live-selling.
- Affiliate Marketing: Assist in developing, implementation, and management of an affiliate program to drive sales and revenue for a company by working with external partners (affiliates).
