Responsibilities:

Execution of Trading Strategies

Utilize the company's proprietary trading system to execute various quantitative trading strategies; monitor market price fluctuations, order book depth, and liquidity in real time; optimize timing and position allocation to ensure consistent strategy performance.

Risk Control and Capital Management

Design dynamic capital management plans to control overall position risk and mitigate extreme market scenarios.

Analyze the impact of various metrics on returns, and optimize asset selection and exit strategies.

Trading System Collaborative Optimization

Provide feedback on system pain points and optimization suggestions during daily use, assisting the technical team in iterative system upgrades.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Periodically summarize and review the fund’s performance and risk metrics, including capital utilization, turnover costs, and key risk indicators. Regularly conduct post-mortem analyses of abnormal market events (e.g., fee reversals, liquidity exhaustion) to enhance contingency plans.

Requirements:

Familiarity with various instruments and trading rules in secondary markets; prior futures or forex trading experience required.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment with rapid decision-making in response to market changes.

Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technology and risk control teams.

Experience in cryptocurrency trading and familiarity with perpetual contract mechanisms preferred.

Understanding of various quantitative trading strategies and their underlying principles; experience in quantitative trading operations or options trading preferred.
