Description

  • Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods and materials between locations.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Plan and follow optimal routes to meet delivery schedules efficiently.
  • Deliver goods promptly to designated locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Adhere strictly to all road and traffic regulations.
  • Comply with company safety policies, procedures, and best practices at all times.

Requirements

  • No specific educational qualifications are required; practical experience and a reliable track record are valued most.
  • Valid driver’s license appropriate for the type of vehicle operated (Professional Driver License code 123, license 3 - 6 wheeler)
  • Proven experience as a professional driver or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to plan routes and use GPS or other navigation tools effectively.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
  • Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading when required.
