Core Competency Requirements:

Visual Design Focus

1. Extensive experience in online visual design/social media dynamic design
2. Led large-scale brand visual upgrade projects, including experience in implementing online omnichannel visual consistency

Dynamic Design Focus

1. Proficient in using AE to create advanced motion graphics animations
2. Ability to deliver Lottie animations

3D Visual Focus

1. Expert in the entire workflow of C4D+OC rendering, with a basic understanding of Blender modeling
2. Capable of independently completing product visualization/virtual scene creation

Bonus Points:

1. Familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender/Octane
2. Experience in art direction or team management
3. Outstanding original hand-drawing skills, capable of independently completing illustrations, IP character designs, and other creative projects

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Visual Communication/Digital Media-related fields
• Over 6 years of experience in brand visual/digital product design
• Must provide 3 complete commercial cases (including graphic design/3D visuals/motion design works)
