Job Description

  • Processing bi-weekly payroll for salaried staff year-round, and plus hourly in the summer months across multiple locations.
  • Manage the full-cycle payroll processing
  • Ensure accurate computation of wages, tax withholdings, and company deductions.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR for benefits administration and record keeping.
  • Administer and report payroll-related financial data to the accounting department.
  • Stay current with payroll trends, improvements, and legal requirements.

Requirement

Job Requirements

  • 2 years+ experience with US payroll of employees
  • Proficient in using ADP and other other US-based Human Resources systems
  • Great communication skills
