Description
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks in various utility departments.
- Assist with equipment operation and maintenance.
- Monitor and report on the condition of facilities and grounds.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Support team efforts in achieving operational goals.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in disinfection practices, general cleaning, carpet cleaning, and organization.
- Working Conditions: May include physically demanding tasks and exposure to cleaning chemicals.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
