The Utility Worker is responsible for performing a variety of general labor tasks to support operations, maintenance, and cleanliness across the facility. This role is ideal for someone who is physically fit, safety-conscious, and comfortable with hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and common spaces.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and movement of materials or equipment.
• Support maintenance or production teams as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or issues immediately.
• Ensure workspaces remain clean, organized, and in compliance with standards.
• Load and unload materials or supplies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a utility, janitorial, or general labor role is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy things, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
• Ability to cook common dishes.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if required.
