  • Perform general maintenance and cleaning of facilities and grounds.
  • Assist with plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks.
  • Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Respond to work orders and assist in various projects as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and report any safety hazards.
  • High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • At least 6 months relevant experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures, ability to operate light machinery, and effective communication skills.
