Requirements

• Korean National residing in the Philippines
• Fluent in Korean and English (spoken, written, reading)
• Open to graduates and undergraduates
• Experience in the marine industry, preferably in ships agency operations
• Ability to work independently and systematically
• Computer literate
• Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about shipments, schedules, cargo status, or onboard services
• Update systems with shipment details, passenger data, or support logs
• Supervise the efficient loading and unloading of cargo
• Ensure proper handling and conduct or arrange cargo surveys/inspections when necessary
• Handle financial processes for port charges, fees, and payments, while keeping all relevant parties updated with timely progress reports
• Serve as the on-site expert to foresee and address incidents
