Accrevity is seeking a highly driven, technically skilled, and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Automation Specialist to join our fast-growing UK-based marketing team. This full-time position requires a proactive individual capable of executing advanced data scraping, workflow automation, and cold email marketing tasks with minimal supervision. You will play a vital role in enhancing our outreach processes, improving operational efficiency, and directly contributing to client results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Scraping data from online sources using Python or other scraping tools to build accurate, high-quality lead lists for cold email campaigns.
• Using internal workflows and enrichment platforms to append verified contact information including email addresses, mobile numbers, and other key data.
• Conducting lead list cleaning, formatting, and AI-powered personalization using Google Sheets and other online tools.
• Setting up, formatting, monitoring, and optimizing daily cold email campaigns using platforms such as Instantly.ai, SmartLead, or similar tools.
• Preparing weekly performance reports that highlight key metrics, insights, campaign outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
• Working closely with the co-founder to deliver exceptional cold email results for clients.
• Building, testing, optimizing, and maintaining Zapier or N8N automation workflows, integrating Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, ChatGPT, APIs, and other systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in building and using online data scrapers for lead list development.
• A strong technical background with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and automation skills.
• A proactive, independent work ethic you can understand the “what,” determine the “how,” and execute with confidence.
• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.
• High proficiency in remote tools: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, Slack, Notion, and more.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing automation, lead enrichment, and data management.
• Working knowledge of Zapier, N8N, or similar automation platforms (or strong willingness to learn).

Additional Interests (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with advanced email automation tools such as Clay.
• Interest in developing advanced N8N automations or agent workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, and related APIs.
• Enthusiasm for AI agent development and testing, particularly within a marketing or lead-generation environment.
