- Design and implement attractive visual displays to enhance product presentation.
- Create attractive displays, manage inventory, train sales staff, and engage with customers to enhance sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective merchandising strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Maintain and manage visual standards across multiple locations.
- Analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No experience required; entry-level position.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in merchandising, inventory management, and sales training; strong communication and teamwork skills; adept in marketing, customer management, and presentation.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment, may require weekend and holiday work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong work ethic, creative mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
