Description
- Serve food and beverages to guests with utmost care and attention.
- Take orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen staff.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and organized.
- Assist in menu recommendations and special dietary needs.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a waitering or hospitality role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication, waitering, and cashiering.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Serve food and drinks, take orders, handle payments, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, evening and weekend shifts likely.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.
