Description
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly manner.
- Take and process orders accurately.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, assist customers as needed.
- Ensure a clean and organized dining area.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions.
- Handle payments and maintain cash register.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Must be customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexible hours, may include evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, efficient, team player with a positive attitude.
