Description
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning dining areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
- Remain knowledgeable about menu items and specials.
- Handle payments and manage cash register operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking, customer-oriented service, and handling cashier duties.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant setting, may involve long hours on foot.
- Qualities and Traits: Good communication, friendly demeanor, and ability to work well under pressure.
