- Welcome and greet customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
Requirements
- Job Title: Waiter
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; high school diploma preferred.
- Experience Level: No experience necessary; training will be provided.
