Description
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly manner.
- Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and tables.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Job Title: Waiter
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in waitering.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, customer-oriented, cashiering, hospitality skills, food safety, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, long hours, potential evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, team player, quick learner, attentive to detail.
