- Maintain standardized step by step procedures of giving good quality customer service.
- Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients
- Must consistently be able to assess, anticipate and meet guest’s needs and respond quickly without losing focus or projecting a mood that detracts from guest’ dining experience.
- Responsible in handling flawless execution of discounts, reductions, voids, and promotions.
- Responsible in safekeeping all documents those are related to cashiering.
- Responsible in handling careful transactions e.g., customer bad check or credit card, shortage from cash register (POS), and avoiding customer’s walk out without paying.
