Description
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set.
- Assist with menu recommendations and answer questions.
- Manage payments and handle cash responsibly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent waitering and hospitality skills, customer-oriented approach, experience in a quick service restaurant.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require long hours and standing for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, adaptable, good communication skills.
