- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly to tables.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Process payments and manage cash registers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication, cashiering, waitering, hospitality skills, customer-oriented, and quick service restaurant knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Take orders, serve food and beverages, manage transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, quick-thinking, and adaptable.
