Description
- Provides excellent service to ensure dining satisfaction of customers
- Takes orders and delivers food and beverages
- Suggests menu recommendations
- Provides menu information
- Addresses concerns of restaurant patrons
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Services, or any related vocational courses
- At least College Undergraduate as long as with relevant work experience
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience (semi-fine dining or casual restaurant)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Medium body build (able to lift heavy trays, dining wares)
