Description
- Manage inventory records and ensure accuracy.
- Organize and maintain warehouse documentation.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams.
- Assist in scheduling shipments and deliveries.
- Generate reports on inventory levels and discrepancies.
- Support safety and compliance initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a diploma degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: Applicants should have 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, ability to perform heavy lifting, and flexibility in work hours.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee inventory management, process shipments, and maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Must be prepared to work in a physical environment, occasionally handling heavy items.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
