Job Description
- Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving processes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist in training and supervising warehouse staff.
- Utilize warehouse management software for tracking.
- Generate reports and analyze data for operational improvements.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics preferred.
- Experience Level: 2+ years in warehouse operations or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management software, strong organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, excellent communication skills.
