Description
- Advertisement of products thru social media posting
- Serves walk-in customers in a friendly and hospitable manner
- Establish sustainable relationships and trust with customers by addressing their concerns through open and interactive conversation
- Attends to customer complaints and queries thru phone calls and social networking sites
- Responsible in taking and placement of orders.
- Monitors and keep records of documents received.
- Manage incoming calls
- Inventory management
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness at the warehouse
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- At least high school graduate
- Flexible and ability to adapt
- Communication skills
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work under pressure and perform other tasks
