- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist in training new employees as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Must be organized, capable of heavy lifting, and demonstrate flexibility in tasks.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage inventory, assist with shipping and receiving, and ensure a clean workspace.
- Working Conditions: Physically demanding, requiring lifting and standing for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and display strong teamwork abilities.
