- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff management.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels and accurate stock records.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of goods.
- Train and develop warehouse team members.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments for efficient logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
