Job Description
- Responsible for the front-end development of the company's web applications, ensuring alignment between technical implementation and business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of front-end technical solutions, including but not limited to architectural design and performance optimization.
- Work closely with product, design, and back-end teams to ensure high-quality delivery of products.
- Continuously track trends in front-end technology, evaluating and introducing new technologies to enhance the team's technical capabilities.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers within the team to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the team.
