Key accountabilities (including, but not limited to):
Workplace Strategy
- In conjunction with the gCRC Workplace Leadership Team, implement the strategic plan for the delivery of business focussed Workplace services.
- Develop and implement workplace standards, processes, and methodologies.
- Own Workplace deliverables, drive efficiency and effectiveness in delivery processes.
- Assist the Regional Director -Manila, with the analysis and development required to build business cases for the delivery of workplace requirements
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in managing business growth.
- Presenting and creating reports for future requirements.
- Provide support to various stakeholders and teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the workplace teams, gCRC workplace teams
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to workplace management.
Premises Management
- Build and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders / landlord teams.
- Ensure effective and best use of space within workplace to meet business requirements.
- Control activities like space utilization, desk occupancy
- Manage premises maintenance and repairs activities, modification projects, with coordination of contractors.
- Manage all reactive and preventative maintenance in premises
Security
- Manage security processes, in line with local and Global physical security policy including electronic access systems and alarms, signing in/out, site safety inductions and issuing access passes/codes.
- Liaise with building managers / landlords on all matters regarding after-hours access and issues.
- Manage service and maintenance contractor access.
ESG
- Manage data collation aligned with global ESG strategic requirements, produce accurate global annual reporting
- Manage and track workplace carbon emissions on periodic basis.
- Optimizing power consumptions, reducing water usage and minimising waste generation
HSE
- Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
- Respond to and rectify all iSMS issues pertaining to premises, equipment, and furniture.
- Schedule & manage emergency evacuation exercises, where appropriate.
- Regularly review HSE signage, including evacuation diagrams, and other relevant guides and posters.
- Procure any ergonomic equipment and material handling equipment after consultation with HSE team
- Manage maintenance of all fire extinguishers and first aid kits, plus annual test, and tag requirements.
- Monthly facility walkthrough to ensure workplace is maintained as per HSE requirements
Procurement
- Adherence to the procurement process as per local and global DOA
- Issuance of annual contract related with office working
- Procurement of workplace requirements as per approvals
- Purchase of office supplies, such as stationery, janitorial stock, office equipment and other consumables
- Vendor evaluations and supplier ratings
Management Reporting
- Plan, monitor and track Capex and Opex budgets
- Tack and monitor all variable operating expenses such as utilities, repairs & maintenance etc.
- Management dashboard reflecting workplace performance
People Management
- Build and develop relationships with Business Groups Leaders in relevant specialisations and locations
- Support the effective functioning of the wider Workplace team
- Has responsibility to influence and coordinate Manila Workplace leadership team along with gCRC workplace teams
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Possess the ability to work to tight deadlines and in changing environments.
- Experience to review the work completed by team members and ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent with relevant Professional qualification (e.g. CFM) Will be an advantage.
