- Responsible for ensuring that all repair work meets industry standards and customer expectations
- Examines damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant technical field is required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in a technician role with a focus on quality audit.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in quality control processes and standards, strong English communication skills, detailed-oriented, and analytical thinking.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct quality audits, analyze results, and implement improvements while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment with occasional fieldwork.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability are essential.
